Outdoor Living Project Pricing

The Factors That Weigh On The Cost Of Your Pool…

1. Size

We all know this! The size of your swimming pool plays a large factor in how your pool is priced. Whether it is an Oasis pool, fiberglass pool, or gunite. When the size goes up so does the price. Additionally, on gunite pools anything over 80 perimeter feet and 5 feet in depth and the price starts to increase!

2. Features

Spas, swim-up bars, tables, fountains, waterfall walls, benches and other custom features really make your pool stand out in the crowd. These add a sense of uniqueness and flair to your pool that lets you claim it as yours.

3. Materials

Our interior finishes will make your pool sparkle and shine! We have many standard colors as well as many upgrades. The decking, tile, coping stone, pavers and other materials will really determine your pools look and price point.

4. Backyard Access

We use big equipment to build pools, like really big sometimes. The easier it is to access your backyard the better off we are. Removing fence panels or walls will add to the cost. For our fiberglass pool customers, having to crane over your house will add to the cost as well.

5. Location

We service all of Oklahoma and North Texas, but not all locations are the same. We are willing to go where most other companies are not but there is an added cost for travel. Depending on the pool you select and the timeframe to build will determine the additional cost added.

6. Demolition/Pre-Grade Work

The area where the swimming pool and the remaining portions of your Outdoor Living Projects are going need to be free of landscaping, grass, and other debris.

7. Soil Type

Not usually mentioned but soil type does play a role in the cost of your swimming pool. We build our swimming pools on virgin soil. For our gunite customers we always recommend consulting a soils engineer and obtaining a report that we provide to our structural engineer. Additionally, if hardpan, rock, etc. is encountered the cost of your project will increase.

8. Adding A Heater or Heat Pump

Adding a natural gas or liquid propane heater to your swimming pool can definitely add more time to your swim season but there is an additional cost of the heater, gas permits and installation. If you are eyeballing a heat pump there is additional electric costs to be incurred for that as well.
