The Steps

  • Step 01 Discovery

    Lets talk! in your design and construction consultation we will talk inspiration, your design style and how you plan to use your future Outdoor Living Space.

  • Step 02 Layout Rendering

    The idea behind this step is just getting the different elements in the appropriate locations throughout the project location. Once the team gets the approval, we will move on to finishing the design out.

  • Step 03 Design Completion

    This step finalizes your Outdoor Living deisgn. we will add such as landscaping and lighting elements to really cap of your project. We will send over proofs for a final approval.

  • Step 04 Proposal For Construction

    Once we receive final approval, the team will put together a detailed proposal for work. This proposal will include breakdown of costs, detailed scope of work specific to your project, etc.

  • Step 05 Approval

    All of our proposals for work go out digitally, allowing you to review and approve your Outdoor Living Projects proposal right from the palm of your hand.

    $1000 deposit is all we require on all Outdoor Living Projects to activate the proposal and continue the process.

  • Step 06 Materials Selection & Contract Review

    Once the proposal is approved and deposits collected our team will schedule you for your Materials Selection and Contract Review Meeting at our design Center. During this meeting you will select all materials from samples on-site and we will do a complete review of our construction contract answering any questions that come up along the way!

  • Step 07 Admin and Planning

    The final step before handing off your project to the construction team happens in house. Our team will be busy finishing construction plans, submitting construction plans to engineering, obtaining permits, and ordering materials.

  • Step 08 Construction Handoff

    Our design process leaves nothing to guess. It allows you and the construction team to seamlessly transition to this next phase of your Outdoor Living Project.
